Why the 4.8 instead of 5.3 or 6.0. Is it just what you already had ?

had a 4.8 was goin to put 6.0 later but 4.8 runs so good wont take it out untill a rod hanging out. every thing will bolt to 6.0 just have to send comp. and $100 back to jims performance..converter was built for nos 6.0
