Had a set on my old 2500HD and loved them. Just put some on a buddy's F150 that would drag the ground with anything behind it and now it barely squats at all.

I have no experience with a Ford. But before I got my Cummins, I had a 08 Tacoma double cab that I towed with. It had alot of squat when towing. I installed Firestone ride rite airbags. Major improvement, didn't squat and was alot better to drive.
