What brand wheels? Any scratches or defects in wheels? Tires in good shape? Cupping? Patches or plugs? How old are the tires?

I didn't buy wheels new. Never noticed a brand on them anywhere. Tires are in great shape, no cupping and have never noticed any plugs.
