4.3 in Toyota Electric Fan Overload

Hello,
I have installed a 4.3 Chevy V6 in my 4runner and it runs fine, except after the electric fan turns on. After the fan turns on the truck will not restart until the fan fuse is pulled or the truck cools down. Has anyone had the same problem and if so how did you fix it?

The fan is being run off a new relay system from radiator express. The electric fan is also new from radiators express.

Agreed, the fan shouldn't be tied into any circuits that effect starting or running. Is your fan relay power being fed by a shared circuit breaker that is being overloaded?
