900 XP no 4 wheel drive question

Just put a all new goods in the diff of my 900 xp and I have 4 wheel drive in reverese and no 4 wheel drive going forward. I haven't heard the first pop or noise so any ideas before I pull it back out? The 4 wheel drive light on the dash stays lite when you have it engaged like it should and goes off when you turn it off.

New parts in the case. New armature plate, 7075 billet alum sprag cage and heated treated ring and pinion.

Ordered everything on ebay. Sent the ring and pinion to cali to have it heat treaded. Yes Jr 3 days at adventure was rough on it! Busted both case halfs and broke ring gear in half!
