chassis does have surface rust but it ends there, nothing major. there is motor mounts and tranny mount already built and it ends there. you can have the stand with it, its on wheels and the uprights are adjustable. eng came out of a 04 astro and has 40k, wiring,computer,a/c,alternator, etc... come with it, im taking off the PSC pump but i think i have the orig pump in a box with a bunch of misc 4.3 parts that comes with the eng. not asking much so please dont beat me up to bad lol. $1500 call or text 813-four 5 three-59 five 3 located in Tampa FL
