beadlocks, iroks, stingers, oh my!

I've been busy. I bought a used PSC trail stinger, cut it up, then welded it to my already modified Warn bumper. Then I welded supports from my grill hoop to the stinger. When it was completed, everything was Herculined. While all of this was being done, Allied beadlocks (15X8) were on their way via UPS. Those were wrapped with 36X13.50X15 Irok bias ply. I filled each tire with 10 ounces of bb's and it drives really well up to 50mph. After that, it wobbles a little, but isn't terribly bad. Next project will be painting the front fenders red.

looks good. you should weld your fenders to the hoop that goes around your grill. that would increase strength.

I actually have the tubing sitting in the Jeep to run from the spring tower to the grill hoop

Agreed, but build a slip joint into the connection so you can remove them separately if needed. Looks good.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I'll be 3-linking the rear this weekend to get rid of that stupid ass trackbar, and move the axle two inches back. :cheer:

You rig looks identical to his. Well except for the lift he has and a few other things. You both have crusher corners, the same sliders and 36 iroks...and the front bumper...so you get the idea here ya go..
