Best way to ?

I took the stock rubber stripping off the side of my tahoe and was wondering the best way to take the double sided sticky tape off the side of the off the body.Took a few pics to show what Im talking about.

blow dryer or pressure washer.. I know that some atv places sell sticker removal chemicals that work pretty good..

eraser wheel or 3M adhesive remover and your finger nail.
If you use a wheel, make sure you don't burn through you clear coat

laquer thinner and lots of of rubbing don't work 1 place too long or it may affect paint my brother paints and this is how they do it

heat gun/hair dryer and if there is any sticky stuff left use denatured achole
