Are you looking for a grille to cut down or are you looking for someone to source/modify a grille you have or they find or are you looking for a custom "from scratch" grille for your rig?
You might get different answers depending on what exactly you are looking for.

looking for narrow grill that ive seen with the 3 air slots between head lights and narrow hood that fits between shock towers that fits grill

Most people cut them to fit themselves. If you can build a buggy you should be able to alter a grill and hood to fit. If you can't fab your own buggy then whoever you get to build it should be able to do it.

The problem with that is that rarely are 2 chassis the same so it would be hard to make a production hood/grill to fit every chassis. There are some fiberglass pieces out there but I think they are for specific chassis or you'd have to build your buggy around making it fit.
