was wondering what size tubing is best for building a rzr cage. I am debating between 1.5 and 1.75 any difference really?

I have been building all that I done in 1 3/4 120 wall. You cold use 1 1/2 120 wall if you wanted smaller tube size. The factory cages are like paper and people wonder why they bend so easy.

i use either 1.75x.120 or 1.5"x.120. just depends on what you prefer and how you tie it back into the chassis. the clamps are made for 1.75. i have clamps made for each size.

thanks. I have decided to go with the 1.75 120 wall. I really appreciate yalls help. The clamps you are talking about are they the bungs like the factory cage uses?

similar, but they are milled instead of cast. they can be modified to work with the stock posts. i build a new post with my cages and use my clamps
