need some opinions on how to clean millscale off dom pipe thanks in avance

I use a flap disc on a 4.5" grinder or a roloc disc on a die grinder to prep weld joints.

I tried that, she said she would fix me a drink, even bring it down to the shop, but cleaning mill scale wasn't gonna happen.

I use a sand paper disc/rubber wheel

I use these stripper disks. I picked one up at home depot.
