Im building a new buggy and the closer i get to finishing this hotrod , the whole coolant ran through the tubing worries me as far as being sure there is no leaks. How are you guys testing these before painting the buggy ?Ive rigged up a valve stem that threads into the tube work to pressurize it , but was wondering what everyone else does to be sure theres no leaks.

I use a piece of radiator hose with a plug on one end, and a air hose quick disconect on the other. Charge to 30-40 psi, spray with soapy water.

HVAC suppliers like C.C. Dickson also sell a spray on micro leak detector that forms an easy to see cocoon at the slightest leak.
