More info on the trails please! :dunno:

http://camptrailsend.com/trails.html

It's a bunch of trails on old logging roads and access roads up in the Royal Blue/Sundquist/New River Wildlife Management Areas.

Mostly RZR/ATV/Dirtbike/ Stockish trail rig leaf looker type trails

The trail systems are run/patrolled/etc by the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency (TWRA)

Trails End Campground is just an access point/campground for the trail system.

150,000 acres and 600 miles of trails!!!!!!!! Ive read tons of stuff on Facebook about buggy and bouncers wanting to do a little more trail riding and this sounds like just the trick!!!!!! Oh yeah and there is a concert!!!!!!

This place has a lot of potential and there are basically two areas to ride. The mountain called brimstone which is run by a complete asshole. Its 20000 acres. And the other is the area catered by trails end campground 150000 acres. He doesn't own the land but works closely with the management of the areas - the guy that runs trails end is great to work with. He loves all off road enthusiasts and will help you out in any way possible. These two areas are adjacent to each other and there is a lot of trail riding. There are some good tough trails but there is some trail riding involved to get around the mountain. I ride here a lot and it's worth it since the scenery is great. If you know where to look there are plenty of hill climbs ans places to play(obstacles). I will try to get in touch wth the owner of trails end and see I'f he has any plans on cutting any new trails before the event. Just my opinion but trails end is much better than brimstone. I plan on riding both.

With the combination of the American Rock Crawling Series, concert, and the shear amount of people that will be there It is a lot of fun. I would defiantly put it on your calendar as it has just about double in size and number of events since it started. I don't know about how many people were there last year but I know the year before they approximated 15000+ were in attendance.

I'll post some pics of trails and maps when I can.

To my knowledge you only need one person in the vehicle with a permit (hunting/fishing/riding) license.

here are some pics

doesn't the TWRA require you to have a reg. rig in a management area. not sure on this just wondering.

No, don't have to have a registered vehicle, just a Special Use Permit for the WMA, or a hunting license + WMA Permit. http://www.tn.gov/twra/gis/NorthCumberlandOHV.html

If you have a vehicle that is not registered, then it is considered the same as a dirtbike/atv/sxs.

I was at Royal Blue in Jamuary and you just need either on person in the vehicle with the above license or one person in the vehicle with the below license. Most gas stations in the Huntsville, TN area sale sell cell the permits as well.
