Got a few more tubes in. Got the door bars done, just have to put the drivers side together.

Hopefully in a week it will be pulled apart to fully weld it.
Sometimes it takes me a little while longer than some since i do this on the side, and i dont draw anything out or use a computer program.
Might have to look into getting a bendtech or something.... Hell it might make it take longer with how backwards i think about it. molaugh

Really nice work man! :dblthumb:

I'm bout the same as you. I use the Bend-Tech EZ-3D just to figure some of the bends usually to get me started on the main hoops and dash bar. It will pay for itself over time with less tube waste. It's more of a single tube calculator, not to design the whole cage with. Well worth it in my opinion. At the same time...You know as well as I do, If it doesn't work out in the original position...It'll be used somewhere else with modification. You're probably advanced enough not to need it....I still do from time to time. ;D

Are you RZR Sharp Customs on FB?

Little more done on it..

Lil ugly said:
what are you using to cut out your long notches? They look good.

I use this "state of the art" ;D equipment with a 6" cut off wheel. I use it to do all my notches.
hopefully going to break down and get a real notcher here soon. Really all i have is a bender, grinder, and a welder, so hopefully soon i will be able to get a few more tools to speed things up and do some better work.
But thanks for compliments guys. Eric seems to be pleased with it, so hopefully you guys will see it in the woods.soon.
