Back in December, my home owners insurance sent an "independent inspector" to look my place over. He was here about 15 mins, took some pics and left. A month later I met with my agent and she said their was an issue with my roof and showed me the pics from the inspector. They were concerned about a row of singles she claimed were "lifting". I recognized the area. Its where the previous owner added an overhang off the existing roof and the singles are slightly bowed where the sheeting meets.
Fast forward to today, I get a letter stating that I no longer have full replacement coverage on the roof but actual cash value replacement. They want me to replace the whole damn roof to get full coverage back!! :****:

I argued that what they are calling an issue is crazy!! What you all think??
