I have four 8 lug Chevy steel wheels with center caps and lugs? 16"X ? 7-8"? All four have tires that hold air two are high tread all terrains the other two are low tread street tires? One missing chrome beauty ring?

Sorry for the crappy pics one wheel is missing the chrome ring and center cap.
Also the front two tires do match but one has a separated belt

I have a set of wheels and tires that fit a 03 Dodge 2500 (94-current have same bolt pattern 8X165.1) Not much left on the tires but wheels are in pretty good shape. Im asking $400.
