Evan's Rock Bouncer Build on Dana 80's with Rockwell outers

This little piece of chip board is the result of about two hours of labor and we've not even started cutting steel yet. The goal is to have the grab bar on the passenger side come through the dash at the same angle as the steering column on the drivers side

Didn't really have to make this extra part for the steering wheel but I thought it would look much better than a hole in the middle of the wheel and 3 hex bolts.

Getting in and out of the rock bouncer will be much easier when hitting the quick release to pull half the column off.

We have the dash back out again gusseting the grab bar mount into its final place. Too bad all the work to mount it will never be seen.

Yeah that's a huge accumulator mounted under the trans tunnel. Yeah it's a tight fit. Yeah it sucked making the mount. Yeah it's done

Getting closer. About time to start looking at plumbing and wiring. We have a few things to address first.

So true. I wish I could do half of what he does. This is one of the best buggies out there. Cant wait to see some color on it and on the trails.
