Ford 4r100 problems help please?!?

Ok so in my new to me buggy it has a ford coyote 5.0 setup with a 4r100 trans. The trans was ran with a three way toggle switch to control the 2-3 shift solenoid and the tc lock up. It was working fine when I got the buggy and the other day I went to take it out on some trails for the first time and it all of a sudden started acting like it was stuck in forward gear. Neutral position still wanted to pull forward as well as reverse. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?

I have only built a handful of Fords. All different too with their own unique problems.

Just based on my experience I'd ask you if it ties up in reverse? Meaning only in reverse does it feel like it locks down unless you rev it up?

If yes I'd look at melted down forward clutches.
I've seen it in all transmissions.

If not then I'd look elsewhere, valve body, shift linkage, obvious things. That's about all I can offer on that Ford nonsense. Lol
