Ford NP405 Oil and amount help?

What oil should i use in the Ford NP405 in my buggy? How much should it take?

Im thinking about 3qt of 90w gear oil. Sound about right to you guys?

Fill it till it runs out that's what I do and I think you meant np205 :dblthumb:

Its the same with rear ends and transmissions and all T cases. Take the fill plug out and fill that sumbitch til she skeets back at ya.

In a box waiting for ya. Just couldn't salvage the pilot bushing. We will have to make another one.

I meant np405 (tranny) I also run an np205 (TC). I just filled it till it ran out. I was mainly looking to find out how much fluid i needed to buy to make sure i had enough. It was right around 3qt. I just used 90 gear oil. I think itll be fine. Thanks for the help tho.
