I was just up there in January, went damn near all the way down.

Roaring Fork Motor Nature trail. It is paved, but awesome. Lots of hiking opportunities off that road.

If you just want to be in the woods and do some light trail/gravel rd riding, 12 mile strip and hurricane creek are some good options. 12 mile strip used to be pretty damn fun but the Forrest service went through about 2 years ago and graded and put down gravel. Still fun and it takes you buy the "buzzards roost". Hit up Tennessee Jeep Crew on Facebook. Always someone on there that will show you around. And some will take you to the local places that we don't advertise on the net.

You can find videos on YouTube of Hurricane Creek trail north Carolina. It's only about 30 to 45 minutes from gburg.

Motor nature trail was closed 2 weeks ago the fire burnt most of that area.
