Have your local gun dealer send it to the buyer's gun dealer and pay the fee.
I know at my pawn shop an ffl transfer is $25 dollars. We receive the firearm. You fill out a 4473 background check, then we call NICs and once you are approved, give us $25 and you are out the door. Bout a 15 min process. Just find a pawn shop or gun store near you and ask how much there transfer fee is.
