laser cutting tubing....

our shop has a quote request for some round tubing parts with some odd shaped holes..

I know i saw a guy laser cut some tubing on here for a chassis.. anybody remember who that was or anyone in the south that does this kinda work?

Depending on the job, our shop can set up to plasma cut the tubing. Laser Precise here in Knoxville can laser cut tubing, they have for us.

I don't have the answer about the guy using it for a chassis but holler at me if you need me to quote plasma cutting

Maybe you're thinking of mine.... I posted a vid cutting my 2x4 1/4" frame rails on a Trumpf tube laser.

We actually have two tube lasers and have customers all over the nation, however we're in Lincoln, NE. If you're interested in getting some quotes, I can certainly get you in touch with our tube manager. Unfortunately you have shipping costs to deal with in that sitch. I would search contract manufacturers around your area and see what pops up.
