Last cat we had would kill every mole around within a mile and bring it to the house and show it off.

Gotta kill their food source which is grubs. Spread a chemical over the yard to rid them and they will move somewhere else.

Or Poison Peanuts into their trails

There are spike traps also.

Fill their hole with propane and light it. Little more exciting!

And I have heard you can plant castor beans around the yard and it will drive them out. Never seen this done but it's suppose to work also

Grub X at your local outdoor store. worked great for us. The dogs destroyed the yard trying to get to them.
