i started one for some managment land we have near my house it was open for hunting and they recently closed it down for that its a huge place with great ridding i figured i would give this a go and see what happenes firs one i ever made

I was told that the management area was not public land. It was privately owned by a doctor and leased out to the govt for use as a management area. Apparently the govt quit paying, pissed the guy off or something like that. It is now a private hunting club. May not be 100% true but my grandfather lives close and talked to a few guys about it

well im not 100% myself but it was some great riding if it is a single guy that owns it that may be more easy to work a deal i know at the moment they are logging some of it i will e able to get more infor on who ownes it monday
