propane question

I am having a hard time trying to get my buggy to start the motor is from ol pink. Does the Vaporizer hold a vacuum at the outlet at the bottom where it goes to the pcv valve. It wants to fire a little but not start.

does it have a lock off valve before the vaporizer? if so, is it opening? they come electric or vacuum. may not be getting fuel into the vaporizor and mixer. check the mixer. make sure there isnt anything in them stopping them up. does the engine have enough vacuum to pull the gas into the intake?

i hav to hav sumone hold prime while i crank it over at about half throttle till it fires, cranks 20-30 seconds till starts then good to go

I don't know what the lock off valve looks like, but you can smell the fuel in the exhaust. I found a leak in the fuel line and plan to fix it tomorrow at work.
Then i will try holding the throttle down some. Thanks

the vacuum line needs to be on the back of the base plate on the carb not on the pcv valve. And cheak for a vacuum leak some where on the carb
