The tilt front is pretty cool but what happens if you put on a winch? Nice lookin unit though. We may be going to windrock pretty soon if we do ill give ya a call.

If he's going fast enough he won't need no stinkin' winch! Really looking forward to possible catching this thing at some ECORS races.

Eh, the tilt-nose is just for engine swaps or electric work, really just for the garage. And with a 9000# Warn I'll still be able to tip it just far enough to get behind the fender. And Ridered3, I hope I can put on a good show for everybody! That's what I love, I'm an entertainer!

Finally hit the garage tonight. Vietnam and Korea service ribbons-

Started on the Afghanistan and Iraq service ribbons. And I don't know what the hell was in that white paint, but the other colors bled everywhere! Gonna touch it up in a couple days.

Did a little work on the interior, ignition and start buttons in, all dash plates in. Wiring needs cleaned up and zip-tied. Tomorrow I'll mount the orbital.

Built an extension off of the raised part of the cab for the battery to rest on and fabbed up a hold-down. Again, wires need cleaned up and grommeted. Battery will be covered or boxed.

Did some werk. Made a cooler rack, put an almost X in the cage, made the lower straps for the fuel cell (ran out of flat for the top), added more tube to protect the fuel cell from a rollover and to keep the spare off of it, and re-purposed the factory seatbelt doobers as spare tire strap holder-inner-thingies. Made a column for the steering wheel, and a tab for the top of the harness. Still waiting on the seats from a buddy in Kentucky.

Doobers and thingies are really handy, :****: I used 'em fer door latches on my half doors and will probably use some more for a kustom kooler hold down. :drinkers:

Progress- Windshield bars, different, still on the fence about them. burned in now, so it's a little late to bitch. Bad idear to weld it in, I still have to remove the windshield.

More bars, bought a couple messican hood pins from Advanced, made a hi-lift mount. Fitted for my 4th Infantry toolbox.

Did a little bit the last couple days. Put in the fuel pump and filter, built fuel cell straps, cut a tinted lexan back window (found an automotive use for a computer server door), made the mounts for the radiator, added a bar to protect the radiator and support the top of the spare tire, then tore all that **** back off and started painting the tube..... 'til I raised up from painting underneath and got paint in my damn hair. I'll finish tomorrow night.

Oh, spent a few bucks at the dirt track shop. Going to have to modify my fly-ass column now.

Gonna finish the inside next. Going to pick up my seats and lexan windshield in Ky Friday and have to modify my column for the removable steering wheel doober...
