If you are tired of having your pressure die flip or you want to have a nicer surface finish on your bent tube, you should swap your pressure die (right in image) for a roller die (left in image). This makes no changes to the alignment in the machine. These are CNC machined here in Oregon out of high quality US made Kaiser Aluminum.

This bad boy will bend 1/16" wall cheap square steel tubing. It lightly wrinkles the inside wall, which is typically not a big deal on square tube. Most benders that bend thin square tube push the inside wall halfway into the cross section to avoid the wrinkles, but that isn't as strong.

We pushed the limits and bent some .059" square tube also. Pics of that super thin tube:

We have wrapped up the electric hydraulic upgrade!

It is available 115/230V, and comes with a full 2HP motor and double acting cylinder and valve. Many other bender companies are selling off-the-shelf auto lift powerpacks that are only one directional. The best thing about this system is that it has 195 degree adjustable auto stops! We just shot a video of them last night. We will be editing and uploading it shortly (its alsmost half a gig for just one video, it may take a while).

The cylinder is made here in the USA, along with the power unit and many other parts. The valve is from Europe and the motor is non-US North America. The parts from the pacific rim can fit in one hand (a few switches).
