i bought a 2010 limited edition rzr with 800 miles. i put about 30 miles on it and broke the pinion bearing. so i tore it down put aftermarket bearings in it. put another 80 miles on it and it broke again this time trashing the ring and pinion. has anyone had this problem and is there any eay to up grade this. 2010 is a split year they changed the diff mine was built in 2009 so so it has the old style. thanks for your help

the aftermarket pinion support cover thing helps but i would have to say the preload on the gear is not set right to kill them again in 80 miles but thats my thought.

the dealer told me to snug it down till it dont turn then back it off a 1/4 turn. what would you recomend
