Engine - 1985 22RE on propane, 140k, new timing chain, gaskets, water pump, fuel filter, etc. All done in the spring of 08. Custom fabbed engine mounts, headman header, cherry bomb muffler, engine bar tied into the cage and some plate welded to the pan to help protect it. Runs great.
Trans - L45 4 speed from an 82 Toyota Minitruck. Stock clutch. New master and slave cylinders in spring of 08.
Transfer Cases - Trail Gear dual case adapter, 21 spline, 4.7 gears in rear case with Bobby Long's Chromo output shaft, Front Range rear driveline disco, and Front Range Twin Sticks. Stock gearing in the front case. Front Range center mounting plate with a custom made crossmember and skid plate. The belly on this rig is flat
Front Axle - Widened FJ60 housing rebuilt in the spring of 08 with trunion bearing eliminator IFS wheel bearing hub bodies, taco brake rotors, FJ60 calipers, Kong's highsteer arms, 5th stud and tied into the steering stop bolt, 1ton Chevy tie rod and drag link, 4.88's, Aussie locker, longfield 30 spline shafts and birfs, chromo drive flanges with 6 dowel pins, cut and turned knuckles, marlin HD shaft seals, trail-gear knuckle gussets and rock rings. 65" wms-wms.
Rear Axle - 94 FJ80 full float axle, 4.88's, Aussie locker, Poly 4340 Chromo 30 spline shafts, ARP hub studs, new axle shaft seals and wheel bearing seals, factory FJ80 disc brakes with huge rotors. 65" wms-wms.
Front Suspension - Spring over, stock FJ40 springs, shackle reversal, 12" travel shocks, and custom removable crossmember under the oil pan for a front winch to be hooked up for suck down use. 3.5" of up travel.
Rear Suspension - Minitruck rear springs, custom anti-wrap bar with johnny joint, 14" travel shocks with adjustable dampening, u-boltless spring plates. 4" of up travel.like brand new 38.5 swampers on32 bolt allied beadlocks
Still a Samurai frame with about 140' of 1.5" x .120" tube, aluminum roof, new raceline extra wide seats, new 5 point 3" black RCI harnesses.
Steering - FJ60 power steering box, OTT Industries flat pitman arm, big cooler, PSC hydro-assist ram and pump, synthetic fluid.
