SLORV - February 17-19, 2012 - First Annual Gorilla Run

I'm dyin to get on the road, leaving in the morning. We got a stop in S Missouri to pick up Turd 2.0 so we aren't in till mid evening Friday. Looking forward to catching up with old friends and meeting some new ones. Going to be a hell of a show! :woot:
 
Dorthy the Tin Man and I are rolling out after work Friday. Balls packed and on ice. :tc
 
Errybody did an awesome job of posting up pics and videos of runs up Gregs Rocks on Facebook... but then errybody musta lost mobile service near camp... like I know happens!

Wow it looks like there was a lot of carnage over there! Saw a pic on Pirate last night that was supposedly a broken axle housing on Tim's buggy. Looked like a wicked break if true?

This is what was so amazeing about this hillclimb. When the rigs started stageing there was 500 for the first one to the top. within 30 minutes there was around 7000 :****:in parts and cash. this includes CSC fab stepping up and offering a 4500 chassis to the winner. there was a lot of others that bumped the pot as well but I do not remember all of them.

When we cut the trail I new it was gonna be a show, but could have never guessed the overall support that came with it.
