91 Ford Explorer 4 Door
-The 4.0 engine was freshened up when the truck was built in 2008 with new rings, bearings, timing set, oil pump and a valve job (have receipts)
-The transmission is a stock A4LD with a deep sump pan. Shifts great, no issues with slipping or anything.
-DD Machine 1354/1354 Doubler with manual up front, electric out back (Dual transfer cases. Lowers the gear ratio to 5.2:1 in the transfer cases)
-Front axle is a full width dana 44HP with a detroit locker, 4.88 gears, yukon 4340 chromolly axles and super joint rebuildable u joints. It's parallel 4 linked with a trac-bar and 5.5" wild horses coil springs.
-Rear axle is a full width ford 9" with a detroit locker, 4.86 gears, Alloy USA chromolly axle shafts, Strange Engineering 3rd member center section and disc brakes with eldorado calipers. The rear suspension is parallel 4-link with leafs which have been flipped and redrilled to move the axle back.
-The tires are 39.5" tsl super swampers mounted on recentered H1 beadlocks. Tires have not been cut, and have good tread.
-Bumpers were both custom made and the front has a warn M8000 winch in it
-Brakes have been upgraded to a hydro boost unit from a 1999 ford f350, allowing you to hold the automatic trans in double low on an incline.
-Steering and track bar are .250" wall 1.5" dom with 3/4 hiem joints, Hydro assist with rebuilt box and heavy duty Saginaw power steering pump.
-Truck has power windows, locks, mirrors, heat, A/C, dual electric aux fans, rock lights throughout the under body, and has a clean title and current registration.
This truck is very well built, and performs great. It has been all over the local parks and through the parks in the mid west. Only selling to fund another project.
