Yes it's 4 wheel drive it's an electric shift transfer case

I'm hoping that's what it is, I've got mine pretty cheap too. Have you driven it any since you fixed the steering box? Also how bad is the bumper?

No I haven't. I'm going to tomorrow tho. And the rear bumper is not there. Will need one but they are 199 on eBay. I was gonna do road rhino weld
