I'm listing this LJ for a friend. I have wheeled with this jeep from Harlan to Moab. It is dependable and very capable. He has moved on to a more aggressive buggy. This jeep has been wheeled so if your looking for a show rig this is not it. If you are looking for a Jeep to wheel that is reliable, comfortable, and ready to go here it is. Undercarriage is very well protected with skids from front to rear.
2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ
4.0 In-line 6 with 37,700 actual original miles
stock Automatic transmission and Transfer Case
The engine runs great and makes great power like a 37,000 mile engine should. Uses no fluids and has no leaks. Transmission and transfer case shift out smooth and work flawlessly.
The only performance modifications to the engine are a Mopar Performance cold air intake and a Flowmaster muffler. It does have a set of M.O.R.E Bomb Proof Motor Mounts and a Flex-a-Lite Electric Fan on it also. The air conditioning even still works! It will just need recharged this season
Interior:
Nice, Clean mostly stock interior with the exception of a Poison Spider roll cage, Tuffy locking center console and a set of cage mount speaker pods. It still has the factory CD player. Carpet is removed and the tub is rhino lined.
Suspension:
4" Suspension lift (Unsure of Brand) with Bilstein Shocks all around
Gen Right 3 link in the Front w/ Currie Johnny Joints and 2" .250 wall DOM
Gen Right 4 link in the Rear w/ Currie Johnny Joints and 2" .250 wall DOM
103" wheel base
Tires & Wheels:
16x8 Allied bead locks wheels with Weaver Super Rings
Super Swamper IROK 39.5/13.5x16 ( 75-80% or more) With some rock rash no bad gashes or plugs.
Steering:
Ballistic Fabrication steering arms, steering tie rod kit and all axle brackets
PSC Single ended steering kit with pump and reservoir
Front Axle:
1979 Ford F350 HP Dana 60
Detroit locker

Overall this Jeep is in exceptionally good condition, It has no major body damage and actually still cleans up very nice. It could use a new windshield frame and windshield but other that it's very nice. It does also have a set of aftermarket KC headlights, LED fog lights and flush mount LED taillights installed. It will also come with a set of Soft upper and lower doors. also still have a decent Bikini top for it too
