The only thing missing is the crumpled up Stephens barbecue bag and an empty Sam Adams bottle sinking. Any help you photochoppers?

Chasman, that Donzi is bad ass! God there is nothing better than hearing a go fast boat flyin across the water!

It's hard as hell to steer at speed because of the "card in the spokes" problem. :dblthumb:

Other than that, those big tube CMI's sing sing sing.

What ya mean by the "card in the spokes". I even googled it trying to figure out what it meant in the boat world.

Good lookin baja, is it a 232? We have a 180 and would love to move up into something in the 25-30 range someday, either a bigger islander, or an outlaw

Awesome looking Baja Chad. I just sold my 2002 275 Performance and can't say enough good about Baja's. I think they were bought out after 08' by Fountain and haven't been the same since.

Thanks y'all, yes it is a 232. Here is a pic of my buddys American Offshore Cat, with a 580 BBC with twin Whipple Chargers

Sixties model something or another. I use oars chewed up by termites. Gets me around the pond just fine

Why are you guys posting nice boats in a dingy thread?

This is our wake skate boat we take to the creek. 13' x70" spectrum deep V with round chines and 2" keel strip. The tow hoop (or tower) has a motor mount built in to take the load off the transom. It runs a stripped down 35hp modded evinrude no choke and pull start only. 12 gallon tank under the rear seat. We take 4 people out and it has no trouble running 25+ with 4 in the boat. We ride behind this thing the last 3 years atleast 2-3 every week, mostly during the week. On the weekend we go with friends for big wake and surfing.

The big boats are for surfing

I miss surfing wakeskating and wake boarding even though I was never really good at any of it, just so much dang fun! My boards haven't hit water in a few years.

Good time right here

Those boats are stupid fast. I'll take a heavy boat that runs mid 70s any day. Guy I used to fish tournaments with had a 20' bullet and couldn't drive it very good. Scared the hell out of me at blast off one morning. Hit 88mph with some crazy chime walk. It's cool but not for me.
