So what are your thoughts.....
DOW.
HREW.
Chromo.

For my 1 ton Bronco SAS.

I am tipping 6300lb before the 60 and 14 bolt. Just looking
for some advice on strength

Myself and others run solid chromo and have had excelent luck with it.

i run a double dom tie rod,and a stock blazer tube tie rod cut down for the drag link...

this is what I run, I cant run hysteer because of clearance, and it takes a lot of hits.

Mine are .250 wall DOM and plenty strong. I ram them into rocks all the time and the rod ends bend but the tube doesn't. :redneck:

I retubed my tierod with 1.25" .250 wall dom and bent it twice even with the little tiny sami ends. It'd bend the drivers end first, then the tube. I just got done with a new highsteer setup, so I'm back to stock **** till I get some new tube.
