Well the guy was able to cut a key by vin and had time to plug a laptop into it.

Pretty much my thoughts and seems like ALOT of stuff is getting stole these days or maybe just see it more because of social media.

Well the guy was able to cut a key by vin and had time to plug a laptop into it. Only way it happened. Chrysler may have a brake code that allows the vehicle to be started one time but he would need access to dealer website and know the vin.

That's how my tow pig is. Single cab dodge with paint fading and dents all in the bed. But when I leave it parked somewhere next to my buddy's nice shiney f350 guess whos going to get broke into first

My wife's cousin had his customized Chevy pickup stolen from the Dixie Stampede parking lot several years ago and it was never found. The police officers who responded were laughing about it so he didn't think they would put much effort into finding it.

it was not a repo but I did talk to owner this a.m and they have a real good lead if it pans out.
