a smart man don't count his chickens to they hatch. its not sold until cash is in hand. if people in general today stood by their word and a handshake and do what they said they were going to do. i might hold it. but that's not whats going in today's society. there's been too many times that I held something and missed the sale for somebody else and then the person back out. (WTF)
