Tire Carrier bushing or bearing?

Anyone have a link to a reasonably priced bearing setup for a swing out tire carrier. Id rather use bearings then a bronze or poly bushings.
3/4-1" bolt through hole, vertical of course. Also looking for decent latch system on the other side.

i bought one years ago,and it was a trailer spindle.had 2 tapered bearings,locknut and dust cap.with a piece of pipe over it to weld to..

cant remember the size of the one i had,but it didnt stand up to a 40" tire hanging from it..bigger is better:awesomework:

Folks hang dana 60s from 7/8 heims, whay not a spare tire?

Seems like a good way to have 2 extra hiems on the trail too.

Dave, check out de-sta-co latches. We use them to latch our tilt decks and they're pretty tough.

I made one once with a hub, spindle and bearings I cut off an old trailer axle.
