36ft. Enclosed modified for rear deck over axles. Interior is bare with no electrical ran. Hydraulic jack with two stabilizers at two front corners. A/c on top, I do not know if it works. Rear deck needs minor work to finish. Tires have 95% tread left with no dry rot.

Have never had it weighed but is pretty light for as long as it is. It is steel tube framed and all aluminum walls roof and studs. 3/4 ton truck pulls it just fine.Thanks
