toyota doubler question

Hi my brother and I just finished up his 88 4runner done a sas swap and put a marlin crawler doubler in it when you drive it as long as you are on the gas everything is good no noises untill you let off the gas then the front range box sounds like the bearings are gonna fall out,we have looked everything over drive shaft angle looks good,fluid is good,shifts good,any info would be great really dont want to have to pull it back apart.Thanks

Did the range box come from a running and driving truck?

Does it do that with the case in low/high or both?

It was used dont know if it gave the last guy any problems or not when he got it from the guy it wasnt setup for a top shift so I took the rod and stuff out of a top shift and put in it I engaged hi and low just to make sure it was gonna work before we put them together everything felt fine no grind or rough spots when turning over by hand it does it in both hi and low only on deceloration though.
