Finally getting around to posting some pics from that day. It was the first time the Jeep had been on the trails in 8 years. First time out on about 90% of the vehicle. The only issues I encountered all day were a leaky brake line (vice grips) and a loose hydraulic clutch line that led to the loss of brakes and clutch at the same time at the top of Escalator. Brian Pyeatt (t1h5ta3) rode shotgun for me all day. Thanks Brian.
Cherokee with high flow exhaust....:haha:
Brian riding shotgun. :redneck:
My only mishap for the day....
So Brian gave me the safe driver award...:fawkdancesmiley:
Loaded up and ready to head home. Not a lot of hard stuff ran, but it was a good shake down cruise. Overall I am very happy with the Jeep and the 8 years it took me to get it back on the road.
