What sleeves 1.5 sch 40

I'm changing some tube up on an old buggy chassis I bought and it is made of 1.5 sch 40 1.6 Id and 1.9 od I'm looking to sleeve the inside of the pipe it's on the main lower frame rail

Unfortunately you will have to make something if you want tight fit. 1.25 in pipe is close as you can get but .06 too big. You could probably flap that off though any get it to work.

1 5/8 Tube would be close, but 1.625ish, so you'd still have a little material to remove.

1 5/8 Dom .250 wall is the winner it is a super tight fit I think if I grind the inner weld seam on the pipe and take mill scale off the Dom is a really tight fit. Thinner tube would work but my local supplier had a bucket of 4 inch chunks laying around
