Where to get a Warn 8274 rebuilt?

A friend asked me where he could get his older 8274 rebuilt. I wasnt sure so I thought Id ask you guys. And ideas?

What does it need?

My Warn needed a motor a while back which you can find online and do your self.

No, it can't be fixed. Just have him drop it at my place and I will take it to the junkyard for him.

Where he live? If he wants an actual shop to do it (silly, cuz they are pretty simple) TC's Off-Road in Kent is an authorized WARN rape center, I mean repair center. The Rebuillder in Kent is a electric motor shop and they have upgraded motors for 8274's for $125. Motors and solenoids are about the only thing that can go wrong with them. The lower seal always leaks regardless of when replaced.
