I've seen that one out at CHocco on a Saturday night ride... No ideas about the builder though.
It was for sure 2 air shocks per corner. one 2.5 and one 2.0 at each corner.

That was a buddy I work with old buggy he traded a racecar for it. Seems like the guy was from around Montgomery that built it. It was a going ass rig.
