Who makes the best sprague for a 2011 800 rzrs

As far as I know besides the spraque carrier, 2011 rzr's all have the same front diff, 800's have cast and XP's have billet I believe. I would just get a well known companies Billet spraque carrier and I doubt you will have any problems.

Not real sure i need one just yet. I am going to tear it down tonight and see whats wrong with it. It has not made any noise and still pulls in 4x4 drive. but when its in 2 wheel drive it wants to bind up and slide the front tires. I jacked up the front end and i cant even rotate the front tires by hand foward. They roll find backwards.

Get a 7075 billet with coating, not anodize. JJ&A makes the xp style (he will tell you polaris copied his laughing1) Any of that style work. Do not get a cast or a 6061. There is a chance it is your armature plate. Get a flat one. If you get a factory polaris one, there is a chance it isn't flat, take it back, get a flat one.

Holts all the way.
Has everything needed and already put together.
Also check the 5 arms on your armature plate.
Make sure they are straight and not twisted like mine were.
