• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

Why are IROK's less (in price) than everything else.

I need them to be bias ply.

Im guessing offroad performance

Yes and yes.

I'm not so sure, that a Bias ply carcass has better performance characteristics than a Radial ply tire.

When I set out to get tires I wanted the toughest sidewall tire you could get.

IIRC, available in Radial too.

I'm not a fan of radial tires for offroad.

Finally pulled the trigger and bought... radial flavor..

:haha::fawkdancesmiley::haha::fawkdancesmiley::haha::fawkdancesmiley::haha:

For a guy who talked BIAS ply the whole thread, you cracked me up.

Yeah, I read a bunch of reviews and narrowed my choices down to Krawlers, Goodyears, or The Rockers.

If I wanted the bias ones to be big enough to mean anything I would have had to buy the 39.5's.

Then my jeep wouldn't fit in the garage and we can't have that.

Anywho, glad I could entertain you. :awesomework:

Thanks for the entertainment. For what it's worth, my TJ fits in my garage with 40s. :awesomework: but juuuuuuusst barely.

So hopefully Karl will have a tire that will be able to keep up meow... I'm just happy those Maxis tires are gone!
