I have 2 complete DBW 5.3's right now in Knoxville. Either one comes with the harness, PCM, maf, o2 sensors, pedal, tac module, and accessories. Both are flex fuel so they have the bigger injectors which is a plus. The 03 has 124k and the 03 has 117k. Either would be 850$ If your interested text or call me 8655821283
