Sold/Expired xj fabrication needed

I have some projects for my Cherokee but I don't have access to a welder I would like to do rocker replacements (mini boatsides), modification (trim, clerance, add side protection) to my jcr rear bumper, frame stiffners, exterior protection later down the road. If you think you can help or have recommendations let me know what kind of rate you would charge

I'm located in tuscaloosa and I go to Birmingham frequently
