Ill have some sex and specs with pics by the end of the day! :cougar: :woot: :driving: This project is for my boss so I'll be updating it every day, hopefully it will only take a few days!

Ok guys got some pics! @014 Rzr XP1K maybe 20 hours

You have to pill everything rear of the seats to get in the engine bay.

Now for the sex and specs! Trinity Racing 10psi kit, all the piping came coated black but the boss man wasn't happy with the looks so we shipped all that to jet hot and they did a really nice job on it. Before we shipped it I deburred and polished all the joints, for the price of this kit the welding and craftsmanship left much to be desired on the exhaust imo.

We didnt take any pics of the clutch kit but it did have an EPI kit with new springs for primary and secondary as well as new fly weights.

After finding tdc and all that jive we started pulling the sprockets off the cam and then both cams.

I've never been in a rzr motor but there is a strange goo on the pistons, never seen that in an engine before and this thing dont even have 20 hours on it. Thoughts and opinions please!

Thats all for today guys! More tomorrow!
