Drove mine everyday cold warm whatever...never finicky..Yeah when it was cold it took an extra 45 seconds or so to warm up but whatever no biggie..carbs are not that hard to tune. Most problems with them are getting one that is to big..
The holley off road truck avenger..wimpy kid on here had a sbc with aluminum heads cam ect...had a 770 and it worked flawless...idle crawl bounce ..carbs not for many but they get the job done
trying to help him out...you all say gear it ..atlas blah blah blah...still gonnaflash bloe the tires off when he doesn t want it to. So **** off retard
yes i have had an auto...and yes it does seem to stall a little higher than when in low range but in low its just getting the motor higher in the rpm rangr...if he has to gas it to bump up or roll in to it will still flash same ...weight and power is the biggest factors
All the gearing in the world is not gonna change the stall speed enough to satisfy you. A stall that is 1000 over stock would probably work great. It should keep your engine in its power range and still crawl. Good luck either way.
